Pierre Dubois advises public and private companies on investor relations, strategic communications, and stakeholder engagement. With more than 25 years of experience, he helps leadership teams communicate strategy, performance, and purpose with clarity and build credibility with investors and other stakeholders.
At ProCore Advisory, Pierre’s work spans investor and financial communications, corporate positioning, executive messaging, stakeholder outreach, and issues preparedness. He supports organizations through earnings announcements, investor presentations, leadership communications, analyst engagement, major corporate developments, and periods of heightened scrutiny or change.
Across his career in in-house and agency investor relations, capital markets research, banking, and financial services, Pierre has advised, covered, or evaluated more than 100 companies across a broad range of industries. This experience gives him a practical understanding of how investors and other stakeholders assess strategy, performance, risk, financial sustainability, leadership credibility, and the responsible use of resources.
Pierre combines rigorous financial analysis with disciplined messaging to help organizations connect their strategy and priorities to measurable results. His approach is grounded in the belief that reputation, trust, stewardship, and organizational performance are closely connected.

Pierre earned a Business degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He speaks fluent Spanish and conversational French. Outside of his advisory work, he is active with his family and faith community and enjoys languages, tennis, and the arts.
